Recruitment information:

1. DESIGNER
1.1. MAJOR JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Research and develop a product for sporting gloves or equipments by own & execute R&D project from idea generation stage through developing the proposal product
- Build up the method sheet to make that product.
- Work with the business units to leverage R&D simulation capabilities to improve product design & reduce process.
1.2. CRITERIA:
- University graduation of designing major.
- Having work experience & Designing experience for sporting equipment and tool is preferable.
- Active & Creative
- Well-using some programs for designing of things.
- English communication is required.

2- R&D (Research & Development-PHÁT TRIỂN MẪU)
- Checking the paper pattern (Cutting dies pattern and stamping dies pattern)
- Revise the paper pattern.
- Develop new paper pattern.
- Control cutting dies: issue, stock.
- Control stamping dies: issue, stock.
Criteria:
- University graduation./ IT graduation is preferable
- English communication is required.

3- LINE LEADER (QUẢN LÝ CHUYỀN SẢN XUẤT)
- Lên kế hoạch sản xuất chi tiết dựa trên kế hoạch tổng
- Sắp xếp, theo dõi công nhân trên chuyền cũng như năng suất làm việc của họ.
- Theo dõi kế hoạch sản xuất từ khâu quản lý nguyên liệu đến khi thành phẩm
- Quản lý chất lượng trên chuyền.
Criteria: 
- Tốt nghiệp đại học (Ưu tiên ngành quản lý công nghiệp)
- Sẵn sàng làm việc dưới môi trường nhà máy sản xuất.
- Có kỹ năng lên kế hoạch và báo cáo.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên biết tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật.
