· Sửa chữa, xử lý ban đầu các sự cố kỹ thuật trong tòa nhà.
Repairing and initial processing of a technical problem in the building.

· Theo dõi and thực hiện công tác bảo trì, bảo dưỡng, thiết bị vận hành tòa nhà an toàn.
Monitoring and performing operation and maintenance works of the building and equipment safety.

· Nghiên cứu, đề xuất, thiết lập và thực hiện các kế hoạch cải tiến liên tục quy trình, vận hành bảo trì bảo dưỡng.
Researching, recommendation, establishing and implementing continuously process improvement plans, operation maintenance.

· Thực hiện các quy định về an toàn và phòng cháy chữa cháy của tòa nhà.
Implementation of the regulations on safety and fire protection of the building.

· Lập kế hoạch mua sắm, thay thế các thiết bị dự phòng hàng năm.
Planning procurement and replacement of spare parts annually.

· Báo cáo cho trưởng phòng an ninh định kỳ về các công việc vận hành, bảo trì, bảo dưỡng.
Report to Security Manager on the operation and maintenance periodically.

· Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
Perform other tasks as requested by the higher level.
